【职位描述】
This position is based in Nanjing, China.
The successful candidate will help define, design, modify and implement automation management tool, maintain Calix solution automation structure, integrate 3rd party open-source library to automation framework. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of Calix products.
Requirements
61Implement requirements from the management team, automation developing and execution team to improve daily work process, increase automation coverage, and so on.
61Other tasks such as exploring new technologies like AI to enhance the capabilities of the automation team.

Qualifications
61University students major in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Communication Engineering
61Master's graduates of 2026 or students who planning to enroll in a Master's program in 2025
61Available for 3-5 days per week, lasting for 6 months or longer
61Coding experience with TypeScript/ Python /Go, be proficient in at least one language
61Have practical knowledge of AI technologies, including experience in implementing Large Language Model applications or in training and fine-tuning models
61Experience with LangChain or LlamaIndex
61Be familiar with the Linux system, Shell
61Be familiar with Git, Gitlab, alternative release management, and CI/CD tools.
61Excellent oral and written English language communication skills
61Good Software programming skills and willingness to learn
61Self-motivation and good team player
Nice to Have
61Be familiar with front-end frameworks, such as React, VUE3
61Be proficient in Django or other web frameworks
61Be familiar with databases, such as MySQL
61Be familiar with one or more automation frameworks, such as Pytest, Robot Framework
61Basic knowledge of datacom or telecom products such as TCP/IP, PPPoE, DHCP, Routing, etc.
