ABOUT THE JOB
1.Support financial management for PVM China Operations, including:
a) Procurement (direct & indirect)
b) Inventory management
c) Logistic including warehousing/distribution centres
d) The extended Supply Chain (if applicable)
2.As a business partner of the procurement (group and local), planning, and logistics teams, provide independent finance analysis of performance.
3.Coordinate with other finance functions to enhancing the support in business operations.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
1.Business Partner to Procurement, Logistic, Planning teams.
2.Analyse cost drivers, and variances, and propose corrective or potential cost saving measures; major task include：
a) Material price variance report.
b) Inventory provision calculation
c) Ending inventory & write-off analysis
d) Warehouse expenses tracking
e) Logistic cost analysis
f) Support daily workflow: Inventory write-off
g) Support daily workflow: Sample withdraw workflow
h) BI system data verification
3.Support annual budget, monthly forecasts, quarterly estimation, and long-range strategic planning.
4.Support inventory management to improve cashflow
5.Support annual inventory stock taking
6.Work with business to drive improvements and automation of processes, systems, and controls.
7.Liaising with external and internal related audit teams with respect to procurement and logistics Operations
8.Other adhoc tasks
OUR PERFECT CANDIDATE
1. University Degree level qualification in Accounting, Finance, Business or Commercial discipline
2. Minimum 3 years’ experience in accounting/costing or analysis in a manufacturing environment.
3. Good communication and expression skills; effective/efficient working methods in cross functional teams; understand with SAP system; familiar with Microsoft Excel, PPT; preferred but not necessary Power BI and other digital tools; fluent in spoken and written English (and Mandarin)
4. A self-starter, who independently looks for where they can add value in a dynamic environment. Proven ability to plan, execute and make things happen.
