Job Responsibilities 工作职责
1. Represent Supply Chain department as project PoC, to take fully responsibility for material readiness in all scales of the project, and also should coordinate internal and external departments to deal with material supply related issues.
代表供应链部门担任项目 PoC，负责项目各阶段的物料供应，并协调内外部部门处理相关的问题；
2. Make a reasonable materials supply plan based on the BOM (Bill of materials)-from MFG or MSAT department for different project and the project/production plan, and keep tracking in material receiving and final releasing until materials are all ready for manufacturing.
根据生产/研发部门的提交的BOM需求，制定合理的物料采购计划，并负责跟进各项目中的物料到货及放行，以确保项目的按时开批；
3. PoC will do the BOM analysis after production, and provide materials settlement to Finance department.
生产结束后，PoC需完成BOM差异分析，并协助财务完成物料结算；
4. As Project PoC, may directly communicate with client and coordinate with internal group to solve all material supply related issue, so as to fulfill client’s requirements. Excellent English is necessary for overseas clients.
作为项目PoC，可能会与客户直接沟通，并与内部进行沟通协调来满足客户提出的需求. 对于海外客户需要有优秀的英语能力；
5. According to monthly consumption to stock up for all general supply materials for internal departments, and set up safety stock level. To replenish stock on timely basis in case of any shortage.
负责部门常备物料的备库，并根据月度消耗来管理安全库存；及时了解库存情况并提出补货计划，避免存货短缺等现象；
6. Periodically and closely communicate with procurement about timely material ordering and receiving status.
与采购部门保持定期且紧密的沟通，保证所有物料的及时下单及到货；
7. Understand and evaluate the non-Project materials requirements from internal departments, and fulfill the requirement if reasonable.
评估各部门提出的非项目物料需求，并按要求满足需求；
8. Assist to some reporting and data analyzing works.
协助完成一些报表或数据分析工作；
9. Additional to the Planning job, there is willingness and capability to take responsibility in other functions within supply chain - such as Procurement and MML.
除了计划的工作外，有意愿和能力可在供应链其他部门比如采购或物料管理部门进行工作；
10. Other works that arranged by superior leaders.
上级领导安排的其他工作。
Qualification 任职资格
1. Bachelor degree or above in supply chain management, logistics, or related discipline.
本科及以上学历，供应链管理，物流相关专业优先；
2. Fresh Graduate or one year working experience in Supply Chain Management, Material Planning or project management. Worked in pharma / biotech field is preferred.
应届生或有一年供应链管理、物料计划、项目管理等相关经验。有生物制药行业工作经验者优先；
3. Interested in Supply Chain and take it as future career development is preferred.
对供应链感兴趣并作为未来职业发展的优先；
4. Excellent English in both Spoken and Written, CET-6.
优秀的英文口语及书面应用能力，通过英语六级；
5. Familiar with SAP system, and MS office（Especially MS Excel）.
熟练运用SAP及Office办公软件，特别是Excel；
6. Ability to communicate and collaborate across functional groups in completing necessary job requirements.
具有跨组织的沟通协作能力，高效及时的完成工作；
7. Excellent teamwork skill.
优秀的团队协作能力；
8. Can work actively, and have strong adaptability that can embrace the change and response quickly.
工作积极并具有良好的应变能力，积极拥抱变化，快速响应。
