2、Duties
工作职责
？ Continue Improvement is the core business demand in RI. To drive operational excellence by improving quality, setting standard, increasing capacity, reducing all forms of waste in the production and process.
持续改善是RI的核心要求，从工艺角度通过不断改善产品质量，规范操作, 增加产能，降低消耗，杜绝各环节的浪费来降低成本，促进公司业务的发展。
3、CHALLENGES
工作目标:
？ Lead projects. Lead internal process project within the plant and effectively coordinate these initiatives with other improvement project teams.
项目管理：管理厂内的工艺改进活动并协调工厂内各部门及相关的项目改进团队之间行动的一致性。
？ Establish database of process related data, cost data, quality data by daily observe, track, categorize to support further analysis and make decision.
日常观察，跟踪，归类和记录工艺参数，消耗参数，质量数据为分析和决策提供准确数据。
？ Evaluate and correct the variance of process, quality and PKF figure.
分析工艺差异，质量差异，PKF差异的原因并纠正。
？ Efficiency improvement. Extract the PKF data from raw material to finish product to find the potential to improve the production efficiency by new material, new product and process introduction to our production system with the support from related parties.
通过PKF数据分析寻找从原料到产品生产过程提高效率的潜力，以及在相关团队帮助下进行新材料，新产品的研究和引进以及新工艺的应用促进生产效率的提升。
？ Work with production, Engineering and other departments to establish energy consumption targets, monitor performance against these targets, and provide appropriate advice to meet targets.
与生产部工程部及其它部门一起建立能源消耗指标，进行监控，并提供合适的建议去达成目标。
？ Coordinate and manage all the activities of the process improvement on site.
协调并管理现场工艺改善的活动
？ Conduct research to find more improvement opportunities and anchor the optimized process setting and procedure.
开展研究以发现更多的可改善的机会并确定优化后的工艺参数和操作。
？ Documentation change management. As part of the ISO requirement to manage process related files and trace the recipe and all other change which might influence product performance.
文件管理和变更管理. 归集工艺部门的文件及追踪配方和工艺系统的变更对产品的影响
？ Maintain the Rockfact system and NA procedure.
维护Rockfact系统的运行以及NA文件
？ Support the SHE policy management by identifying, evaluating, auditing and controlling hazards during working.
在工作中通过各种方式尽职支持公司SHE政策的管理。
4、Other Duties
其他职责：
？ Attend to any other matters as directed by PD or GOT
参与产品开发及GOT牵头的事务
？ Performs work as assigned by the superior.
完成上司指派的其他工作。
？ Ensure Safety, Health & Environment Policy Procedures are complied with.
确保安全、健康和环保政策和程序得到遵守。
？ Duties may be varied from time to time consistent with the employees’ training and skills and such varied duties are to be performed to standards which will be specified as required

1. Bachelor degree, Chemical Engineering, Material Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering ,Silicate material or Energy conservation(fossil fuel) education background.
本科学历，化工工程,材料科学领域, 冶金行业,硅酸盐建材,节能领域（化石燃料）行业
2. Fresh graduate or less than 3 years working experience in technical position in manufacture factory, in building material manufacture should be advantaged
应届生或三年内制造业行业技术职位的工作经验，建材行业优先
3. Building material production background with technical knowledge of mineral fiber/glass fiber operation is an important benefit, but not a requirement
有建材行业背景并熟悉矿物棉/玻璃棉将有利于本职位，但不是必要条件
4. Be capable of establishing full system procedure of process Engineering.
有能力建立工艺流程的系统性运作文件
5. Be familiar with Process Engineering, Machine & Quality control
熟悉工艺流程、设备及质量控制。
6. Fluency in written and spoken English.
英语听、说、写流利。
