岗位职责
1. 负责给海外客户提供良好的产品技术支持,通过电话、Live Chat和邮件快速准确回复客户售前咨询、订单信息追踪和售后问题等;
2. 负责妥善处理客户投诉和纠纷,提高客户满意度、客户服务和账户好评率;
3. 注重用户体验,进一步优化客户关系管理和用户运营,增加品牌粘性;
4. 负责产品问题&客户需求的收集和汇总,定期分析并反馈给相关部门,推动各类问题解决和流程改善;
任职要求:
1. 专科及以上学历,英语、计算机、通信,电子类相关专业优先;
2. 英语CET6以上等级(或同等级英语能力证书),良好的英语听说读写能力,英语能作为工作语言;
3. 对智能电子产品感兴趣优先, 有优秀客户服务意识, 有责任心, 有较强抗压能力和团队协作能力;
4. 了解亚马逊、ebay等跨境电商平台,有相关客服/海外技术支持经验优先;
5. 接受优秀应届生、实习生(薪资面议);
6. 此岗位是“夜班为主白班为辅”:夜班:01:30-9:00或00:30-8:00白班:9:00-18:00。后续正式上班就可以居家办公。(一般情况,每月会有2-7天白班。前2-3周是白班,以培训为主。如遇特殊情况需要你到公司上班,会提前与你沟通。)
7.休假安排:当月30天则休息9天,31天则休息10天,以此类推。国家法定节假日夜班客服轮流值班,事后按一比一给予调休。
8. 因夜班客服与公司其他部门同事作息存在时差,请确认能接受每月2-3次,每次30-60分钟的会议/培训安排。
备注:公司楼下就是16号线地铁口“黄阁坑站”,C出口,通勤方便。
