Job description
1. Send and receive emails and reply to inquiries in time
2. Upload product pictures, update and optimize products.
3. Develop new customers, track old customers and complete order receiving through communication with customers
Qualifications:
1. Graduates of international trade and business English are preferred, and those skilled in written English of other majors are also acceptable.
2 。 Strong English writing ability, proficient in replying to emails, serious working attitude, patience and care.
3. Proficient in Alibaba English operating platform or limited experience in developing customers.
4. Familiar with Excel, word office automation software or have customer development experience.
5. Familiar with foreign trade operation process
岗位任职要求:
1、有1-3年相关工作经验;
2、有较强的英文写作能力、听说能力,能熟练回复邮件,和客户日常电话沟通;
3、熟练掌握阿里巴巴英文操作平台或有其他国际外贸平台操作经验;
4、熟悉Excel、word办公自动化软件;
5、熟悉外贸操作流程;
6、具有良好的客户沟通和服务能力;
7、工作态度认真、有责任心、有耐心、有团队协作精神、善于挑战;
8、有外贸销售工作经验或客户开发经验者优先;
9、会使用阿里巴巴国际站平台者优先;
