KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. 协助拍摄项目的准备工作，例如：服装、配饰、妆容的选择与搭配，确保整体造型符合拍摄主题和要求。
Assist in the preparation of shooting projects, such as: clothing, accessories, makeup selection and matching, to ensure that the overall look in line with the theme and requirements of the shooting.
2. 提前准备好所需的摄影器材、道具、背景等。协助摄影师布置场景、调整灯光，确保拍摄顺利进行。
Prepare the required photographic equipment, props, backgrounds, etc. in advance. Assist the photographer in setting up the scene and adjusting the lighting to ensure smooth shooting.
3. 负责将拍摄好的图片进行分类、命名、存档等管理工作。
Responsible for categorizing, naming, archiving and other management of the photographed images.
4. 在摄影师的指导下，学习并掌握图片后期处理的基本技能。
Under the guidance of the photographer, learn and master the basic skills of post-processing pictures.
5. 跨部门沟通及内部工作协调。
Cross-sectoral communication and internal work coordination.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
1. 本科及以上学历，相关专业（如摄影、视觉艺术、服装设计等）优先考虑。
Bachelor degree or above, preferably in related majors (e.g. photography, visual arts, fashion design, etc.).
2. 熟悉摄影基本原理，掌握相机操作技巧。了解图片后期处理软件的基本操作，能够进行简单的色彩调整和构图优化。
Familiar with the basic principles of photography and master the camera operation skills. Understand the basic operation of photo post-processing software and be able to perform simple color adjustment and composition optimization.
3. 具备时尚敏感度和良好的审美能力，能够根据拍摄主题和要求，进行服装、配饰、妆容的搭配与调整。
Possess fashion sensitivity and good aesthetic ability, able to match and adjust clothing, accessories and makeup according to the shooting theme and requirements.
4. 愿意不断学习新知识、新技能，良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神。
Willing to continuously learn new knowledge and skills, good communication skills and teamwork spirit.
5. 一周可以出勤3天及以上，实习3-6个月。
Available for three or more days a week and for internships of three to six months.
