As a Global Quality DRAM and Emerging Memory Quality and Reliability Assurance (DEMQRA) Engineer at Micron Technology, Inc., you will be responsible for enable customer DPM reaching Best In Class and minimize Cost of Non-Conformance. As a DRAM product QRA lead, involving product qualification, deviation material disposition, Outgoing Quality&Reliability management and customer dpm monitoring, driving dpm reduction.
Responsibilities and Tasks
Provide new product Qualification plan, review and release qualification
Define outgoing quality and reliability sampling and test plan
Monitor OQRM from FAB, ASM, BE, MODULE for mass production product.
Make a disposition for deviation materials. Time to dispo.
Inventory reduction, rescreen and rework to minimize the Cost of non-conformance.
Review internal quality metric and drive product improvement for customer DPM to best in class.
Data mining and correlation all inline test data. Root cause finding and drive corrective action/prevent action.
Education
Required Associates Degree or equivalent experience
Solid State Electronic Devices
MOSFET, CMOS Process Related field of study
Data Mining, Big data study
Experience

Qualifications
Strong troubleshooting skill
Good organizational skills and sharp attention to detail

Efficient computer skills
Knowledge of DRAM operation and fabrication process
Knowledge of DRAM probe bin, BE and module testing concept and flow.
Knowledge of using statistical tool , Unix, Tableau, JMP.
Familiarity with Unix, DFII/Cadence, and/or ATE (Auto Test Equipment) preferred
Ability to work independently or in a group environment
Basic understanding of electrical equipment
Additional Job Description
Develops, evaluates, revises, and applies technical quality assurance protocols/methods to inspect and test in-process raw materials, production equipment, and finished products. Ensures activities and items are in compliance with both company quality assurance standards and applicable government regulations. Performs analysis and identifies trends in the inspection of finished products, in-process materials and bulk raw materials, and recommends corrective actions when necessary. Ensures that established manufacturing inspection, sampling and statistical process control procedures are followed. May assure compliance to in-house and/or external specifications and standards, such as GMPs and ISO regulations. Evaluates and analyzes the efforts in organizing, documenting, and interpreting inspection support documents and records.
