Job Description：
1.Devise and carry out experiments to assess the effectiveness of various feed additives on animal growth, health, and production
2.Scrutinize experimental data and create technical reports and presentations for both internal and external stakeholders
3.Conduct reviews of literature and stay informed about the latest research in animal nutrition and feed additives
4.Collaborate with external research partners and academic institutions to
5.Engage in the intellectual property strategies and provide support for patent applications and filings
6.Continually monitor and enhance product performance and quality through testing and analysis
Qualifications:
-- Doctor or above degree is preferred, major in Animal Nutrition，3+years experience
-- Comprehensive understanding of animal physiology and nutrition, with a focus on nutritional requirements and metabolism
-- Proficient in laboratory safety protocols and quality control procedures.
-- Demonstrated ability to multitask and efficiently manage multiple projects concurrently
-- Capable of working under tight deadlines and adept at prioritizing tasks accordingly
-- Able to own a specific tech competence at RICA level to drive new ideas or projects for development, optimization and service
-- Complex project management and impactful innovation development is the key competence
-- Effective written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English
