Key Responsibilities and Geography：
61 To lead daily coordination of specific account
61 To work closely with different parties (customers, suppliers, warehouse subcontractors and truckers) in delivering excellent warehouse services
61 Perform the order processing for inbound and outbound shipments in terms of communication, scheduling, control, compliance and archiving
61 Handle shipment and prepare necessary documentation to the customer, freight forwarders and other concerned parties
61 Compile various reports (operational, KPI or management related) on predefined schedule
61 Focus on KPI and ensure the work is complying with SOP requirement
61 Perform timely system updates
61 Assist in new projects for existing client expansion, new client proposal or new clients operation launch
61 Coordinate and monitor all the subcontractors’ performance and immediate follow up for service failure
Requirement:
1.0-2 years working experience(accept fresh graduate)
2.Good command of Excel function
3. Good oriented-customer attitude and good communication ability
