职责和责任:
1. 协助整理部门文档。Assist in organizing departmental
documents.
2. 接听客户电话、解答客户咨询、协助处理客户投诉。Answer customer phone calls,
provide customer consultations, and assist in handling customer complaints.
3. 承接流感疫苗预约需求,帮客户安排预约。Receive
requests for flu vaccine appointments and assist customers in scheduling their
appointments.
完成上级交代的其他相关工作。Complete other related tasks assigned by superiors.
资格和要求:13
131. 熟练的的英语听、说、读、写能力.
Proficient in English listening,
speaking, reading, and writing skills.
2. 大专及以上学历大三、大四在校生,英语相关专业优先考虑;
College degree or above, with a
major in English preferred;
3. 做事情有条理性,认真、仔细,沉稳,执行力强;
Organized, conscientious,
meticulous, calm, and strong in execution;
4. 性格温和、抗压力强;
Gentle personality and strong ability to withstand
pressure.
