工作内容:
Our hotel is looking for a Front Desk Agent-(Foreigner), whose main responsibilities are to greet guests, assist them with check-in, provide necessary help and guidance, as well as co-ordinate and resolve problems encountered by guests.
Main Duties:
- Receive and check-in guests, ensuring that guests receive proper instructions and assistance;
- Assisting guests in purchasing food and beverage services in the hotel, including breakfast, lunch and dinner;
- Answering guest questions regarding hotel services and facilities, as well as providing guidance and assistance as necessary;
- Assisting guests in resolving problems encountered, including complaints and problem solving;
- Maintaining good customer relations and ensuring that guests are satisfied and leave positive feedback.
Position Requirements:
- No work experience is required, but good communication skills and service-mindedness are needed;
- Fluency in English or other languages to ensure effective communication with guests;
- Basic computer skills to be able to use the booking system and databases within the hotel;
- A team player, able to work well with colleagues and guests;
- Patience and problem solving skills to be able to deal with a variety of issues that arise in the course of daily work.
