Your role:
Internal Control and Compliance
61 Assist in internal control review based on the control points, document the findings.
61 Compliance Consulting: Provide relevant process, internal control, and compliance system consulting for the company's business departments.
61 Compliance Review: Assist in conducting compliance reviews of the company's activities, expenses, etc.
61 Compliance Training: Assist in compliance promotion and training for the company
Data update and analysis
61 Responsible for the daily maintenance of data related to marketing activities. Extract, organize, analyze, and record key activity information from the system.
61 Summarize and maintain the data on a timely basis.
Chop & Filling management：
61 Review the compliance of seal use application, ensure the use of seals is in line with the company's relevant procedures; register and maintain the records of seal usage.
61 Coordinate with other departments of the company and be responsible for the filing and archiving of relevant documents.
Other administrative tasks and team support
You're the right fit if:
61 Bachelor above, Major in accounting or finance is preferred
61 Good interpersonal skills to enable effective and influential internal and external contacts.
61 Exhibit analytical skills and an understanding of operational processes and technology concepts
61 Excellent presentation skills with large and small audiences.
61 Competent in both oral and written English and Chinese
61 PC skills with Excel, Word, Visio and PowerPoint etc.
61 Thoroughness and good attention to detail
61 Intermediate knowledge of SAP preferred
