ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
This is a position in the Customer Firmware Enablement team of which mission is to engage with customers of Enterprise Class HDD products and ensure customer satisfaction on features, qualification and on-going support. The team is responsible for bringing up new Hard Disk Drive (HDD) FW and features, manage customer expectation and experience and provide FW engineering support to customers in qualifications and throughout the product life cycle.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
1. Individual that demonstrates profound Firmware skills and excellent customer engagement and communication?ability.
2. Individual also need to have fluent English and Chinese language skills to comprehend, and produce technical documents, communicate with both internal teams and external customers on issues, features, and collaborations
