Major Responsibilities:
? Helpdesk first level support and assign case in system.
? Deal with the normal IT issues according to the documents
? Normal daily check, and ensure all meeting rooms and IT rooms run normally
? Completed the other items that assigned by supervisor
Skills and Abilities/Qualification:
? Familiar with Excel, PPT and other office software
? Good communication, clear thinking, good expression, and good service awareness
? Strong execution, good team cooperation sense
? Simple English communication skill
