HR Trainee
Location: Shanghai
Human Resources, People and Culture manages the employee lifecycle throughout the organization from candidate experience and onboarding to leadership and alumni management. The function strives to create and facilitate moments that matter at key career touchpoints to ensure an impactful and consistent employee experience.
HR, People & Culture is also responsible for ensuring fair, equitable, and inclusive practices across all areas of our function including, but not limited to, Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Rewards, Employee Relations, and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion.
HR Trainee aims to develop HR young talents with HR Management knowledge and professional skills to independently fulfill the HR professional job.
