Commercial Trainee
Location: Shanghai
Commercial Trainee aims to cultivate future corporate talents for adidas offline channel business to bring sustainable growth and best consumer experience in adidas own retail and franchise business.
Offline Channels department drives profitable market share growth in franchise and own retail channels, through optimizing customer partnership and portfolio management, operational excellence and consumer experience, marketplace strategy and real estate planning. By joining us, you will be able to build up commercial knowledge by immersive experience in offline channels, strengthen your negotiation skill through close interaction with franchisees and landlords, and gain consumer and market insights via active participation in key initiatives and projects.
