大中华区创意中心是阿迪达斯专门设立的本土化创意部门，目标是识别本土市场和消费者的需求，开发行业领先的定制化设计，实现从概念到产品落地的全流程运作。大中华区创意中心在执行全球统一品牌战略的同时提供了自由挥洒创意的平台，推动“在中国，为中国”的产品创意策略，并扩大品牌形象在中国市场的影响力。

Design Trainee
Location: Shanghai
Creation Center Shanghai is the extension creative hub of adidas in GCA. Our goal is to translate, identify and amplify the local market & consumer needs and develop industry leading creative solutions in order to extend the category apparel/footwear collection for the China market and amplify relevancy, desirability of adidas brand image.
Our Design Trainee program aims to foster future young talents in Creation Center Shanghai, equipped with broad product creation knowledge and proficient design skills.
