Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1.Solutions Analysis:Interpret data and identify possible answers. Involves navigating a wide variety of processes, procedures, and precedents. 2.Data Collection and Analysis:Collate and analyze data using preset tools, methods, and formats. Involves working independently.
3.Continuous Improvement:Contribute to reviewing existing operations in own area of work, and generate new ideas to assist in identifying continuous improvements.
4.Stakeholder Engagement:Assist with stakeholder engagement by arranging actions, meetings, events, and supporting materials to promote stakeholder understanding and commitment. 5.Quality Assurance:Plan and coordinate testing and inspection of products and processes. Implement corrective actions or continuous improvement initiatives and monitor them to make sure they are effective.
6.Operational Compliance:Develop knowledge and understanding of the organization's policies and procedures and of relevant regulatory codes and codes of conduct to ensure own work adheres to those standards. Obtain authorization from a supervisor or manager for any exceptions from mandatory procedure.
7.Personal Capability Building:Develop own capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching; gain or maintain external professional accreditation, where relevant, to improve performance and fulfill personal potential. Maintain an understanding of relevant technology, external regulation, and industry best practices through ongoing education, attending conferences, and reading specialist media. 8.Information and Business Advice:Resolve complex queries from internal or external customers or suppliers by providing information on policies and/or procedures, referring the most complex issues to others.
9.Administration:Produce, update, and provide best practice support on complex Microsoft documents, databases, and other departmental systems, advising colleagues as needed and using expertise to help improve processes.
10.Work Scheduling and Allocation:Assign short-term work schedules to a team of subordinates in order to achieve expectations while following established timelines.
11.Supply Planning:Execute, in a supply chain of low complexity, planning activities within a defined framework/system that mainly affect own organization/unit.
12.Supply Chain Management:Carry out a range of supplier management activities either to support others or to fulfill the requirements of the role.
13.Other relative tasks as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
1.Good at Microsoft software, good command of Power BI will be a plus.
2.Workable Engilish.
3.Strong communication skills.
