Windows Server 2012/2016/2022: Proficient in installation, configuration, management & troubleshooting of Windows Server environments.
Active Directory Management and Maintenance: Managing user accounts, groups, and organizational units within Active Directory.
Digital Certificate Installation and Renewal: Handling the lifecycle of digital certificates for secure communication.
Networking Fundamentals (DNS, DHCP): Configuring and managing essential network services like DNS and DHCP.
Virtualization Technologies and Management: Managing virtual servers and resources in a VMWare virtualized environment.
Incident and Problem Management: Resolving system issues promptly and preventing reoccurrence.
End-User Support and Escalation Handling: Providing advanced technical support and resolving escalated issues.
