61 Using international best practices and evidence based standards to provide patients high quality dental orthodontic service ( including invisible aligner technique, fixed appliance technique , Functional Therapy etc. ) preforming follow ups and rounding with clinical leadership based on patient needs.
61 Partner with Dentistry staffs and supporting teams to communicate patient dental requirements and help identify clinical trends or best practices to improve dental orthodontic services
61 Lead in the development of clinical orthodontic treatment policies for junior orthodontist and patient care/assessment and follow-up care.
61 Train other dental nurses and other departments on dental care and best practices related to special clinical needs
61 Collect and assess patient feedback on services to support best practices and continuous growth
61 Cooperating with BD、Marketing teams to promote the Jiahui Dentistry brand
61 Equally share call/coverage duties
61 Daily inpatient ward round for his/her own patients
61 Meet Standards of professional conduct and courtesy
61 Appropriate code, document and submit charges in a timely manner
61 Provide administrative support and committee assignments as requested
61 Participate in Fellow training when requested
61 Attend MAO-physicians meeting, departmental meetings, Grand Round, Committee meetings and CEO meeting when asked for
