职位描述：
Roles & Responsibilities
1. 根据整体系统技术指标，详细分解光学子系统的设计指标和需求
Breakdown system performance, generate module or system concept to meet product requirements.
2. 负责光学成像和激光产品的光学设计
Perform detailed design in optical and laser product.
3. 负责各模块的光学装调及测试，完成整机集成及光学模块应用优化
Assemble and test opto-mechanical and electro-optic protos, integrate and optimize relative modules and applications.
4. 撰写光学设计、调试及测试报告等相关技术文档
Draft and maintain design documentations including BOM, procedures and tests.
5. 量产导入和技术移转，完善标准作业SOP，为产线工人提供技术培训
Improve SOP, interface with manufacturing personnel for knowledge transfer and HVM.
6. 指导初级工程师完成相关光学设计和装调工作
Support and instruct junior engineer on relative optical design and assemble
职位需求：
Education & Experience
1.光学、物理相关专业，研究生3年以上，本科6年以上光学成像或激光产品设计经验。
Majored in Optics, Physic. Master degree with 3 or more years of work experience in imaging or laser. Bachelor degree with 6 or more years of work experience in imaging and laser.
2.具有良好的光学及激光理论知识及光学设计基础，熟练应用至少一种光学软件，如CodeV/Zemax/Tracepro等，并具有较高的软件建模能力。
Demonstrated solid understanding and depth knowledge in optics/laser theory and optical engineering. Proficient with Optical Design Software(CodeV/Zemax/TracePro)
3.熟悉光机结构开发，可以使用结构设计软件(如Solidworks)。
Experience in Opto-mechanical design. Ability to use CAD design software(Solidworks)
4.有较强的责任心，工作努力，能吃苦耐劳以及良好团队协作能力、沟通能力。
A team player with effective communication and a strong sense of responsibility.
5.具有较高的英文读写能力，能够轻松阅读英文专业文献。
Proficient written and verbal English communication skill. Ability to read and understand English professional literature
6.具有较强的学习和研究能力。
Ability to learn and do research independently
7.有带领团队经验者优先。
Experience in team leader will be a plus
8.有基础代码(如Matlab/Python等)能力者优先
Ability in coding(Matlab/Python) will be a plus
9.依照业务需要可能会有出差需求
May require travel dependent on business need
