Retail Operation Intern
Position based in Beijing, Report to: Retail Operation Manager (North)
Responsibilities:
Sales Reports & Analysis
1. Provide routine sales reports and data analysis (e.g. weekly, monthly, quarterly, etc.)
2. Manage store reports and information collection (Competitor ranking, incentive, uniform, discount checking, etc.)
3. Prepare reports, as per management requests.
Store Communication and Documentation
1. Coordinate between stores and related departments for document preparation, review/chop and filing (license, insurance, shopping mall promotion, cleaning service contract, payment etc.)
2. Deliver the information or requirements to store teams (e.g. Finance, Logistics, Merchandising…)
3. Coordinate for other issues/requests from stores
Support for Retail Operation Standard Process
1. Work close with the Retail team (meeting organization, travel plan update, VIP voucher distribution, CRM call list etc.)
2. Monitor the standards/process execution by Retail team and store team.
3. Assist store projects in new opening, relocation, closure store work.
4. Other support as per SOP development needs
Requirements:
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong ability in communication and coordination.
Be able to work under pressure.
Fluent in English and Mandarin, both in written and oral.
