岗位职责
- 与新项目开发团队合作，负责新项目从样品阶段到量产阶段的质量策划，根据APD要求准备各阶段文件资料，与制造团队合作开发量产项目专用量具
- 负责向客户提交PPAP文件
- 客户投诉的处理以及纠正措施的跟踪，改善外部不良率(EPPM)
- 记录并追踪产线产生的质量问题，改善产线不良率(IPPM)
- 处理售后质量投诉及索赔问题
- 运用低代码工具设计可视化看板，日常数据等Q4.0相关的数字化系统
- 参与日常管理，每日SQDIP会议并汇报质量相关问题及纠正措施
- 为生产线操作工及检验员制定首监、巡检、过程检测相关数据记录表单；
- 对关键尺寸的过程能力及过程稳定性，以控制图的形式监控，并及时反映出生产过程中出现的问题；
- 针对测量系统进行分析，对检具的重复性和再现性进行定量的分析

对异常情况，应有处理措施，必要时召集有关部门进行分析讨论，得出明确的解决措施，并敦促相关职能部门及时解决问题。可以通过NPR表格对质量问题进行记录，并以8D报告的形式对重大质量问题进行处理分析；
- 按照审核计划能熟悉过程审核、产品审核、体系的审核，最终完成审核报告，并将审核问题的进行跟踪,参与客户审核，TS16949年度内审及外审
任职要求
- 全日制本科及以上学历，优秀应届生或有1年左右机械加工及自动化装配领域质量或工艺相关工作经验,汽车行业优先
- 良好的英语读写能力
- 具有独立分析及解决问题的能力和意识
- 善于沟通，具有较强的主动学习能力和责任感
- 熟悉Power BI, Power App, Power Automate等低代码平台或Python,Java等编程开发语言优先
- 熟悉IATF16949，VDA，Ford体系优先
Job Responsibilities
- Work with new project launch team to establish quality control procedures
for both prototype production and mass production, prepare all related
documents for new project according to Advanced Product Development (APD)
process, devise special gauges with the manufacturing engineer for mass
production,
- Responsible for preparing Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) packages
for submission to customer for approval
- Deal with customer complain and follow the corrective actions in house.
Make improvement for external defect rate
- Record and react to Non-conforming material generated by process. Make
improvement for process defect rate
- Deal with quality complain in field and related warranty negotiation
- Design visual Kanban, daily data collection which is related to Q4.0
- Participate in Daily Management and prepare reports and corrective actions
for daily SQDIP meeting
- Make sure *** piece inspection and process inspection are conducted and
records are maintained.
- Make sure all major and critical characteristics are under control and make
control chart as necessary.
- Conduct annual MSA for each type of gage
- When quality issue arises, call relevant people to discuss and identify
root cause and record all quality issue per NPR form sheet. To the issue, which
affects fit, form and function, need to initiate an 8D and follow-up step by
step.
- Make process audit, production audit, system audit according to audit plan,
at last finish the audit report, follow up the audit issues
countermeasure.Participate in customer/TS16949 internal and external annual
audit
Qualifications
- Bachelor or above, excellent fresh graduates or around 1 years quality &
manufacture work experience in mechanical manufacture and assembly process,
Automotive area is preferred.
- Fluent oral and written English
- Strong ability and mindset to analyze and solving problems individually.
- Good communication skill and self-study ability and self-responsibility.
- Familiar with Power BI, Power App, Power Automate, Python, Java will be
preferred.
- Familiar with IATF16949, VDA, Ford will be preferred.
