主要职责The main missions of the role are:
协助工程师进行控制计划的编制、维护和实施， Association Making and maintain control plan ; Making the inspection standard and spec；
快速反应，协助解决生产现场和顾客现场发生的质量问题。Quick response to solve the quality problem from shopfloor and customer site.
协助并参与有关的体系和过程审核，跟踪落实过程审核中不符合项的整改状态Involve the quality system and process audit. Follow up the NC item status；
协助确认产品首件测量情况，及时分析反馈不合格项，跟踪“CC/SC项”执行状态Checking the OK 1ST parts status， feedback and analysis the NC items. Follow up the control status for “CC/SC” ；
协助参与QRCI工作的协助推进，“LLS”管理，协助支持FES审核Support the QRCI, LLS and FES audit
处理供应商日常质量问题，协调供应商质量及交付Solve the daily quality problem of the supplier, coordinate quality and delivery of the supplier。
组织变更零件验证、试装报告，确认工程变更验证结果以及供应商PSW文件签署Organize verification and preinstall of modifying parts, and confirm the results of Engineering Change Verification。
供应商质量记录管理，进行质量分析和供应商考核Record the supplier’s quality information, carry on the quality analysis and the supplier assessment。
协助参与来料检验工作，推进供应商体系改善及质量改进，管理并提高进货检验员发展 Manage incoming inspector development。
