Key Responsibilities(主要职责):
1. Collaborate closely with hiring managers across the Asia regions (Especially Japan branch office,or other branches need candidates with Japanese requirements are needed)
to understand and align talent needs, ensuring a deep understanding of position requirements, target audience and timelines.
与亚洲地区(特别是日本分公司,或其他分公司需要有日语要求的候选人)的招聘经理密切合作,了解和协调人才需求,确保对职位要求、目标受众、时间把控有深入了解。
2. Employ innovative and strategic sourcing techniques, leveraging a variety of recruitment channels such as LinkedIn, professional networks, international recruitment platforms, social media, internal referral, talent database, campus as well as internal transfer to identify and engage passive and active candidates.
采用创新和战略性的招聘技术,利用各种渠道,如领英、专业网络、国际招聘平台、社交媒体、内部推荐、人才数据库、校园招聘以及内部转岗,识别与吸引候选人。
3. Conduct comprehensive interviews and thorough candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
进行全面的面试和彻底的候选人评估,以评估候选人资格、技能和文化契合度。
4. Drive the candidate journey by managing applicant tracking, maintaining accurate candidate records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
通过管理对岗位申请人的追踪,维护准确的候选人记录,全面推动候选人面试过程,并确保过程符合公司政策和法律要求。
5. Provide expert guidance, training, and support to hiring managers and stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
在招聘过程中为招聘经理和相关人员提供专业指导、培训和支持。
6. Other assigned tasks related to recruitment delivery activities.
其他分配的与招聘交付相关的任务。
Required Skills/Abilities(任职要求):
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in Human Resources, Business administration, or a related field is preferred.
本科及以上学历,人力资源、工商管理或相关专业优先。
2. At least 1 years’working experience in recruitment, preferably within the logistics industry.
至少1年招聘经验,物流行业优先。
3. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates, hiring managers, team members and stakeholders across diverse cultural backgrounds to foster collaborative relationships .
卓越的沟通和人际交往能力,能够有效地与不同文化背景的候选人、招聘经理、团队成员和相关人员建立合作关系。
4. Demonstrated ability to adapt a fast-paced working environment while maintaining attention to detail and meeting tight deadlines.

5. Excellent spoken skill in Japanese and Good command of written skill in English.
优秀的日语口语能力和良好的英文书面表达能力。
