岗位职责：
Production support 支持生产管理工作
- Optimise the production work instruction and provide training to operator. 优化生产作业流程，更新和优化生产作业指导书，及时对生产班组进行培训。
- Evaluate the work place hazards and participate in process hazards analuysis (PHA) and contribute to risk mitigation and elimination根据公司安环导则，进行作业安全风险分析、参与工艺安全风险分析。并协助管理层推动风险降低、消除、管控措施的实施和落实。
- Support Production Manager in auditing operators in following production/cleaning requirement, troubleshoot the production abnormality and track implementation of corrective actions. 协助生产经理检查生产和清理工作的规范性。协助诊断和处置生产过程出现的异常, 督导改善对策的执行,及确认改善效果
- In case of need, work as master operator to run the production line必要时,临时替代主操生产员工的生产操作。
Production administrative work 承担生产辅助工作
- Support Production Manager in production KPIs statistics and contribute to optimisation协助生产经理统计生产关键业绩指标（KPI），并参加分析和改善的讨论。
- Support the effective implementation of safe work permit process and monitor the safe conduction of work. 参与安全作业许可证的签票工作、并协助管理层对施工作业安全措施的符合性进行现场管控。
- Enter the production history into MES system. 负责MES系统记录生产日志。
- Handle SAP production process order and initiating of maintenance notification 负责SAP 生产和维修工单的开具。
- Responsible for production consumable management and distribution of PPE. 负责劳保用品发放和生产耗材的日常管理。
岗位要求：
- 大学本科学历，安全工程，化工自动化或其他相关专业。
- 优秀的应届大学毕业生，或1年以上生产现场相关工作经验。
- 熟悉Office办公软件操作，具备良好的英语读写能力。
