POSITION OVERVIEW:
This role is responsible for leading Test and Verification Group, playing a major role as high power device testing and verification in exploration and development of new, exciting and challenging IGBTs products.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
61This role is primarily responsible for the test and datasheet related activities required to introduce new products to market. Other aspects of this role involve developing, improving, and maintaining test methods, providing test related and support to internal and external customers (e.g. assisting with customer enquiries and complaints, new product promotional literature, etc.)
61Responsible for the quality of the test program to meet zero ppm;
61Responsible for the introduction and release of the testing at the production sites.
61Proper archiving of test data and docs.
61Initiate peer and gate reviews.
61Drive improvements for test efficiency and product quality.
61Responsible for the product test strategy for new products and cost downs.
61Responsible for the test risk assessment.
61Responsible to provide NPR input (test costs &NRE) Ensuring the required test infrastructure is in place for products in line with technical and commercial requirements. Where necessary design and verify new test methods for characterisation of products.
61Drive and share the roadmap/vision on test strategy for new product development.
61Accountable to execute tasks according planning, find solutions to keep the planning on track.
61Participate in Risk assessment (FMEA) and problem-solving teams (8D);
61Represent our group in global user/expert initiatives/forums.
