岗位职责：
1.The SKF Graduates Program is targeted to identify and develop young talent with Engineering background, multi-language skills & good cultural adaptivity for SKF Japan/Korea
2.You will be having training & rotations in SKF China sites then with destination to SKF Japan/Korea to start long-term career development there
3.You will be part of SKF CNEA Technology touching cutting-edge products and materials.
4.You will be able to closely contact with industrial clients from 30 to 40 submarkets, speaking for SKF. You will have the opportunity to handle key projects and devoted into full value chain to earn a quick development
任职资格：
1. Master 's degree or above with overseas education experience from Japan/ Korea. Engineering related major is MUST
2. Fresh graduates or less than 2 years’ experience as early stage of career
3. Native Mandarin speaker with excellent Japanese/ Korean language skill
4. Being self-driven, open-minded with good learning ability with ambitions to the development in a multi-national company.
5. Willing to work in SKF China sites for 1-2 years then to get career aspiration in SKF Japan/ Korea
