Your role :
Are you incredibly organized with an eye for detail? Do you have a high client service orientation and high risk awareness? We're looking for someone like that to:
- Being part of the IB Client Onboarding team built out in UBS Shanghai BSC - supporting the APAC Investment Banking business.
- You would be joining a dynamic yet challenging environment in view of ensuring the completeness of Documentations from Counterparties to satisfy the various regulatory requirement before we establishes the trading relationship with the Client.
- You would be identified as one of the Member within the team whom would be handling Onboarding request and ensuring that the completion of cases are done meeting the criteria:
Meeting the regulatory adherence requirements as well as meeting the business needs
Your team :
You will be joined by a function of approximate 20 people whom will be based in Shanghai BSC whom we would also be working closely with the APAC Hub Location in Singapore>Diversity helps us grow, together. Your expertise :
– Proven experience in client service (ideally in banking). Highly proactive and diligent in follow up and follow through. Client focused, organized at bundling of requests and sensible on turnaround time.
– Broad understanding of KYC/AML and have a general sense of risk awareness. Risk conscious with emphasis on sensitive data sharing.
