1.Administrative:
-Calendar management(Appointment /meetings arrangement)
-Travel coordination(Domestic and international trips arrangement,
air ticket/hotel/transportation/reimbursement)
-Organize and coordinate events (dinners, team building, BG visits, customer visits...)
-Act as a liaison between Director and other team members, support team to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
-Coordinate cross-functional progress with various departments
-Support division activities with other team assistants.
-Help create warm atmosphere in department and division.
-Support facility maintenance.
2.Business part:
-Follow-up Sales Department data and collaborate with finance team(overdue, BDT, timesheet booking,…)
-Organize and prepare materials for meetings(financial reports, presentations, strategic documents)
-Control department cost through BDT, monthly act cost, weekly application
