Role Description:
This position mainly supports and cooperates with the work of the department and sales staff, as well as the maintenance of small and medium-sized domestic customers.

Key Responsibilities:
1. 在市场拓展前期,运用公司提供的平台、展会协助销售开发和维护公司代工业务新客户。
Assist in the sales to develop new customers for the OEM/ODM business by exhibitions etc.
2. 在市场拓展中期,跟踪项目进展,了解客户的需求,收集客户的意见并及时向公司相关部
门传递,促进项目落地。
Follow-up the progress of new projects, transmit the demands from customers to related
department, promoting the landing of projects.
3. 全程跟踪国内中小客户订单管理,包括跟踪订单进度、跟踪出货、开票回款及投诉;
Responsible for order management of SME domestic customers, including follow-up orders,
tracking shipments, payment collection and handle complaints.
4. 各类流程的支持: 部门招投标工作、样品寄送、报价/合同盖章申请、付款申请等。
Support for filling bidding documents, delivering samples, application for chops and payment.
5. 负责信息搜集整理,包括市场信息,客户信息,合作伙伴信息等。
Responsible for collecting information on the market, customers, competitors and so
on.
6. 完成领导交代的其他任务。
Complete other tasks assigned by the manager.
Competence Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in international trade, English, foreign trade, etc. Working experience in food, medicine, chemical industry is preferred.本科及以上学历,国际贸易、英语、外贸等相关专业,有食品、医药、化工等行业工作经验者优先。
2. Fluent in oral and written English, up to CET6 level.英语口语流利,书面表达流利,达到英语六级CET6级水平。
3. Have some experience in trade business operation, have the ability to develop international customers. It can independently dock with B-end customers.具有一定的贸易业务操作经验,有开发国际客户的能力。能独立对接B端客户。
4. Strong communication skills, can take the initiative and dare to communicate with customers, have the ability to receive foreign businessmen.沟通能力强,能主动并敢于与客户沟通,有接待外商能力。
5. Have a certain ability to resist pressure, can accept frequent business trips at home and abroad.具一定抗压能力,可接受经常性国内外出差。
6. Have good business development skills and business negotiation skills, strong interpersonal communication skills and work collaboration skills, strong sense of responsibility.具备良好的业务拓展能力和商务谈判技巧,有较强的人际关系沟通能力及工作协作能力,责任心强。
