POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Product Management Team Lead is leading the product group’s product management team. The team is accountable for the Product Group portfolio and industrial strategy, the Product Group innovation roadmaps, the Product Group portfolio market strategy (markets, applications, competitors and customers), the Product Group new product developments (including Customer Requirement Specifications, business case creation & execution, from idea to product release), Product documentation (Datasheets etc), Product to Market Alignment (PTMA) process and execution (New Product Introduction – NPI - to achieve business case fulfilment and Innovative Sales targets), Product related content for Marcom material and activities, Product launch and market introduction (NPI), and the product selection and definition of the Marketing Focus Programs (MFP).
In this role it is necessary to collaborate with various stakeholders (e.g. customer contacts through account teams and FAEs, Product Group Business Fulfillment, Product Group Technical Marketing, R&D and Operations) to align the product group’s portfolio strategy and roadmap with other corporate initiatives.
The Product Management team lead is a strategic thinker and visionary who has to drive long term growth ambitions based on the Product Groups view on the market development. It requires a self-motivated character with a strong analytical mindset.

61Semiconductor device physics and electrical engineering knowledge
61Basic understanding of electronic hardware design blocks
61Professional product marketing background
61Marketing tools and methodologies
61Preferably knowledge of semiconductor markets, customers and/or supply chains

61Excellent Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, preferably Business intelligence tools
61Fluent in English mandatory, Chinese is a significant plus, German is a plus

both in supply chain management and commercial functions

61Previous exposure to customers, preferably experience in technical exchange
61Direct or indirect leadership experience in leading international or cross-cultural teams
61Fluent in English
