How You’ll Make an Impact 61 Responsible for the agreed engineer strategy
implementation. The operational implementation is supported in close
collaboration with the other departments.61 Offer design and cost calculation,
realizing the technical regulation in line with the demands of the technology
and meets the satisfaction of customers in a timely, efficient, and qualified
way.61 Well cooperate with other departments to rectify and identify problem
related to the offer design promptly, and provide support to bidding and
customer trouble shooting61 Fully responsible for the offer design specification
standardization and standard working procedure in a costly and highly efficient
way.61 Interface with Purchasing to develop localization strategy and support
China localization and supplier qualification program.61 Provide technical
support for sales, respond to the technical questions in the bidding and design
process.
What You Bring 61 At least 3-5 years related technical experience 61
Demonstrates a good grasp of knowledge and principles of transformer
engineering and applies through successful completion of assignments.61
Self-motivated with strong customer focus61 Strong analytical and
problem-solving skills61 Strong emphasis on quality of work and Siemens Energy
values61 Ability to effectively communicate in both written and verbal form in
English and in Chinese and to interface within a wide range of organizations
both internally and externally.61 Bachelor degree or above in mechanical
Engineering, electrical engineering etc.61 EHS knowhow Quality Sense
