YOUR
WORK ENVIRONMENT

As an Senior Supply & Distribution Planner, you will be in charge of the whole
stock flow of Library/Continuous, Carryover & Seasonal goods (central-to-zone,
zone-to-stores and stores-to-warehouse once comes to season-end), monitor and
manage overall stock status cross CN mainland / HK / MO / TW, to maximize sales
and achieve financial target for GC zone.

luxury industry itself, the supply chain process behind and inventory management
in daily routine.

Your ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
02
-02020202020202Update and integrate all kinds of raw data as daily
routine, to have in-time business overview and overall stock status.
-02020202020202Be responsible for allocation from the warehouse to
stores (including auto replenishment and manual one), to support daily sales,
holiday peak and mall promotions.
-02020202020202Manage Seasonal SKUs distribution based on assortments
and buy guidelines into distribution parameters & strategies, ensure strong
opening/launching effect, track and adjust accordingly during in-season period.
While for Library/ Continuous ones, by
using parameters and regular communication with central team.
-02020202020202Monitor inventory level by SKUs/stores to support
overall sales and inventory plan, do consolidation/rebalancing among stores or
regions once needed.
-02020202020202Close collaboration with other departments like Merch,
Logistics, EC and Retail team, build up appropriate stock level in a more
efficient flow to support all channel sales.
-02020202020202Track VIC orders’ (during previews) fulfillment,
operate stock delivery as first priority (arrange transfer among stores or
cross regions once delay or gap occurs to meet customer needs).
-02020202020202Cooperate with retail operation and IT&IS team to review current
process (operational and system-wise), pursue optimization and evolution to
boost sales and increase efficiency based on long-term understanding of
bushiness.
-02020202020202Monitor shipments status including possible delay and
coordinate situation with Logistics and other relative partners accordingly.

Education:
-02020202020202Bachelor or above.

Experience:
-020202020202025 years working experience in allocation/supply chain/merchandising
or other related position.

Competencies:
-02020202020202Advanced computer skills – Excel (highly preferred),
knowledge of JDE, BI System;
-02020202020202Excellent communication, analysis, cross team
alignment and presentation skills are required.

Languages: Fluent in Mandarin and English
