岗位职责:
Objectives of the Position:
According to the defined production processes and quality requirements, schedule and plans, following BIG and EO/EG/MG plant’s EHS guideline and procedure, properly operating the EO/EG/MG plant DCS and equipments to maintain the plant operation that meet the requirements in quantity and quality, schedule and EHS.
根据既定生产工艺和产品质量要求、计划,遵循公司以及EO/EG/MG装置的EHS方针和手册,正确操作工厂的DCS及设备,使工厂的生产操作符合质量、产量、计划和EHS的要求。

1. EHS Responsibility EHS职责
61 Abide by EHS policies and procedures. 遵守EHS政策和程序。
61 Assure EHS requirements be fulfilled in Steam Cracker project through safety reviews, technical documents review and construction monitoring. 通过安全审查、技术文件审查和项目审查监控以确保蒸汽裂解项目满足EHS需求。
61 Develop EHS standards and procedures in technical perspective of Cracker Cluster. 从技术方面制定和更新EHS标准和程序。
61 Execute training cases follow BIG EHS regulations. 按照BIG EHS规定执行培训工作。
2. Project Phase 项目阶段
61 As an assistant to POM/TM to be a representative of Steam Cracker, contribute to achieving successful plant startup in conformity with legal requirements and BASF requirements. 协助蒸汽裂解POM/TM按照法律法规和BASF需求成功完成工厂试车和开车。
61 Execute and participate SHE reviews, model reviews, HAZOP, comment on technical/engineering documents and drawings. 执行和参加SHE审查,HAZOP,对技术/设计文件和图纸提出意见。
61 Monitoring and technically advice in key equipment selection and installation, pre-commissioning and acceptance test/punch. 对关键设备选择、安装、试车和接受测试进行监控、提出技术方面的建议。
61 Compile SOPs, checklist etc. to facilitate safe commissioning and startup in cooperation with technical expertise & vendors. 与技术专家和厂家合作编写SOP、检查清单以推动安全试车和开车工作。
61 Collect and summary project documents for training material preparation. 收集总结项目文档为培训材料做准备。
61 Collaboration in ideation & implementation for digitalization application of Steam Cracker Cluster.
61 Be responsible for training material, training schedule and training execution for new employees. 负责为新员工提供培训材料,培训计划和培训执行。
3. Operation Phase 操作运行阶段
61 Coordinate and cooperate with section responsible person to take technical advice and guidance in safe, reliable, economical operation, trouble shooting and problems solving for Cracker Cluster. 与单元负责人合作收集技术建议、经济可靠运行、解决难题疑问。
61 Be responsible for new employee onboarding training preparation and arrangement, including training courses arrangement, training material preparation and review, training schedule arrangement. 负责新员工入职培训准备和安排,包括培训课程安排,培训材料准备审查和培训日程安排。
61 Be responsible for training coordination work with different departments and sites, especially for training in Lu and ANT, reference and sister plants. 与其他部门和基地协调培训工作。特别是LU、ANT和其他相关姊妹工厂。
61 Be responsible for preparing and establishing Cracker Cluster training system, update and upgrade the system according to the BIG and Cracker requirements. 负责准备和完成蒸汽裂解培训管理系统,按照BIG和工厂的要求更新系统。
61 Be responsible for tracking training conditions of new employees, prepare training test procedure and tracking list. 负责跟踪新员工培训需求,准备培训程序和工作跟踪清单。
61 Act an assistant to plant manager to finish the Cracker trainings with high quality. 协助装置经理高质量完成培训工作。
61 Be responsible for process management including parameter management, MOC and maintaining of smart model and smart PID of responsible section. 负责包括参数管理、MOC和维护智慧模型/智慧PID等工艺相关的工作。
61 Collaborate for Operational Excellence (OpEx), coordinate and optimize maintenance activities with Maintenance & Engineering team to ensure optimal plant condition. 与维修和工程团队合作,优化生产操作。
61 Address QA/QC activities, document management system. 参加QA/QC活动和文档管理系统运行维护。
任职要求:
1、学历/Education:
Master or above; 研究生以上学历。
2、专业/Major:
Chemical engineering related major;化学工程相关专业。
3、语言,技术,成绩要求:
Language skills/technical skills& Knowledge Proficient in MS office(Data analysis related software such as Power BI, Data Base, Mini-Tab, SQL, Visual Basic preferred)
Good English in writing, speaking, reading and listening。
熟练的办公软件操作(数据分析相关软件优先,如Power BI, Data Base, Mini-Tab, SQL, Visual Basic)及较好的英语听说读写能力。
