职位信息

JD - Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for collecting ocean rate from the market and timely quotation to sales;
2. Responsible for understanding the overall market trend on EUR/MED trade, timely grasp and analyze the current situation and development trend of the market;
3. Responsible for effective inquiry and comparison through various channels, to provide competitive freight for sales in timely and effectively;
4. Responsible to provide quotations/fill out tenders in necessary formats as required by company to sales timely and effectively;
5. Responsible for communication and cooperation with shipping companies, maintain good relations;
6. Ensure a high-level of data integrity within the shipments: acknowledgement of shipment details, INCO terms, routing, dates, documents, etc.;
7. Negotiate with suppliers for reductions to optimize margins;
8. Support on China side for carrier agency business and support supervisor in the pricing and allocation tasks in coordination with carrier HQ pricing strategy;
9. Prepare quotations and solutions for partners of logistics networks we belong to;
10. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
JD - Requirements:
1. Fluent Chinese speaking;
2. Fluent English speaking;
3. Experience: At least 1 years’ experience in pricing/solutions/procurement-related role for forwarding company (focus on ocean) in China OR at least 4 years’ experience in other logistics roles related to forwarding (focus on ocean)
4. Proactive attitude and not afraid to ask for reductions or other topics to suppliers or internally;
5. Willing to learn about new products and requirements and support the pricing for them;
6. Follow company-created structures for reporting related to the job position;
7. Working time from 11am to 8pm (please pay particular attention)
