职位描述
Responsibility:
- Handle full set documents in internal nation logistics service prepared for overseas customers.
为海外客户提供国际物流的全套文件处理服务
- Timeliness & accuracy of systems update, reporting and documentation
确保系统报告及文件的及时性和准确性。
- To check shipment’s P/L based on weekly report, find out the reason for big loss shipments and big gain shipments.
根据每周的报告去检查每票运输的利润,查出亏钱和利润大的原因。
- Ensure close co-ordination with our global offices, local customers, as well as clients to secure their full satisfaction
read & reply daily enquiries (by e-mail, fax or phone)
与全球所有分公司/各地客户保持密切协调,确保通过邮件传真或电话的日常查询回复可以令他们满意。
- To ensure the operation & documentation procedures comply with the requirements stated in SOP
确保文件及操作的程序符合SOP的要求

Requirements:
- College or university graduates.
大专以上学历
- At least one or above year of relevant experience. Good experience and knowledge in managing International logistics shipments
一年以上相关工作经验。有丰富的国际海运物流管理经验和相关知识
- Good written and spoken English, good understanding and communication skill
英语读写能力佳,有良好的理解和沟通能力 (四级)
- Detail-minded, organized, proactive, helpful, friendly and able to work under pressure and workload
工作认真负责,思维敏捷,做事细心,责任心强,有良好的客户服务意识以及沟通能力,协调能力强
工作时间:周一至周五8:30am-5:30pm,周末双休
备注:本岗位聘用期为9个月(2024.10-2025.6)
薪资水平:5625元/月
