职位信息 Job Description:
1、负责中、墨两地进出口货物的全流程跟踪及协调，具体包括：
Responsible for the whole process tracking and coordination of import and export goods between China and Mexico, including:
- 提交申购流程，跟进审批进度
submit purchase oa，follow approval process & clarify any doubts if necessary
-跟踪采购订单，核实到货数量；
Tracking purchase orders and verifying the quantity of arrival;
- 协调仓库收货及存储相关事宜；
Coordinating warehouse receipt and storage related issues;
- 确认包装信息，协调包装的领用及申购；
Confirming packaging information, coordinating the use and purchase of packaging;
- 跟踪协调打包、发货事宜；
Tracking and coordinating delivery issues;
- 准备出口清关资料，协调海关及商检过程中的各种问题；
Preparing export customs clearance materials and coordinating various issues in the customs and commodity inspection process;
- 跟踪船期，负责中、墨两方的信息传递及沟通。
2、和中墨两方进行进出口可行性分析；
Feasibility analysis of import and export;
3、中墨两地进出口相关价格的收集和比对。
Collection and comparison of relevant import and export prices between China and Mexico.
职位要求 Requirements:
1、本科及以上学历，贸易类相关专业；
Bachelor degree or above, trade-related majors;
2、英语六级或以上；英语语听、说、读、写流利，能通过电话或面对面与国外客户自由沟通；
CET-6 or above; fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, able to
communicate freely with foreign customers by phone or face-to-face;
3、熟悉国际贸易相关知识，熟悉贸易流程；具备汽车零部件进出口基础知识；并且熟悉空运、海运、陆运、快递等运输方式；
Familiar with international trade-related knowledge and trade processes; have basic
knowledge of foreign trade import and export of automotive parts; familiar with air,
sea, land, express and other transportation methods;
4、有独立维护客户关系的能力以及良好的沟通能力；
Have the ability to independently maintain customer relationships and good
communication skills;
5、具备现场协调的意识和能力。
Have the awareness and ability of on-site coordination.
6.具有出色的跨部门沟通&协调能力。
