- Achieve individual daily, weekly, monthly and yearly sales and KPI's targets while ensuring a luxury costumer experience
- Propose services, MTM and RTW products to achieve and overcome selling challenges
- Proactively develop an ongoing trustworthy customer relationship with Tomford (e.g. CRM, after sales activities, "Thank You notes", "Follow-up phone calls", etc.)
- Takes ownership of resolving and escalating customer issues or complaints with empathy, while adhering to Tomford customer service policies
- Provide memorable luxury customer experience by:
o understanding the client and building intimate knowledge to develop a trustworthy customer relationship
o conveying brand massages and values and creating an emotional connection and brand loyalty through storytelling
o guaranteeing the Tomford Selling Flow execution by leveraging on “Tomford Stories”
o modulating behaviours and offering personalized services in responding to different customer types
- Collect customer contact information, preferences and lifestyle to develop customer profiles following CRM guidelines
- Support the orientation and integration of new staff and keep others updated on customer, product and store information
- Role model as good team worker to enhance the overall team moral to create an enthusiastic and engaged sales force environment
- Report any discrepancy in store inventories such as labelling or inventory levels
- Demonstrate consistently high standards of personal grooming in accordance to Tomford uniform and grooming standards and guidelines
- Follows Tomford product and gift packaging standards and guidelines to ensure Tomford luxury and quality image
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the store environment and product displays
- Implement the Tomford Visual Merchandising guidelines: support window displays and run back of the house operations activities
- Proactively participate in Retail Trainings to fully develop a full brand and product knowledge
- Train other team members on new products as assigned by the Store Manager [Advanced - Senior CA]
- Adhere to Tomford store operations and time and attendance policies and standards
- Follow the directions of the Store Manager or appointed team member on store operational tasks (e.g. inventory, cashiering, reporting duties, guest beverage service etc.)

- Adopt the H&S regulations and communicate timely potential risks. Adopt the security procedures
