工作职责：
1.参与商业综合体、酒店、办公楼及公共建筑类等项目的前期方案和初步设计，完成负荷模拟及计算，撰写分析报告；
2.协助工程师完成暖通系统方案比选，技术笔记及方案报告撰写；
3.协助工程师绘制相关图纸；
4.协助解决工地现场问题，并参与施工现场服务；
5.调研、收集和整理市场前沿的暖通相关新技术和新设备。
职位要求：
1.建筑环境与设备工程、暖通空调、热能工程、制冷等相关专业本科及以上学历；
2.有可持续或ESG方面的知识优先；
3.熟悉eQUEST, Energyplus等相关软件者优先；
4.有数字化应用课题背景优先；
5.熟练使用Revit、Microsoft office、AutoCAD；
6.熟练的英语说写能力；
7.良好的语言表达能力和沟通技巧；
8.良好的团队协作和服务意识，富有责任心。
Responsibilities:
1.Participate in schematic design and preliminary design for commercial complex, hotel and other public buildings; responsible for load modeling and calculations; complete load analysis reports.
2.Assist engineers in conducting file notes, scheme comparisons and scheme reports.
3.Assist engineers in conducting drawings.
4.Assist in solving technical problems in construction for clients; participate in site visits.
5.Be responsible for research, collection of new technology and new equipment in HVAC.
Requirements:
1.Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering (HVAC) with a solid knowledge of mechanical engineering fundamentals.
2.Knowledge or experience in ESG or Sustainability is a preferred.
3.Knowledge of eQUEST, Energyplus software is preferred.
4.Background in digital application topics is preferred.
5.Be familiar with Revit, Microsoft office and AutoCAD.
6.Excellent written and verbal English skills.
7.Good presentation and communication skills.
8.Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment and sense of responsibility.
