工作职责:
1. 参与生态区域规划、单体建筑类项目的可持续方案设计,如建筑能耗、采光、通风计算与分析,以及编写研究技术报告;
2. 完成绿色/健康建筑认证及相关模拟分析工作;
3. 配合机电专业提供可持续设计和优化建议;
4. 调研、收集、整理市场前沿的绿色建筑技术应用。
职位要求:
1. 暖通空调、建筑物理相关专业硕士学历;
2. 有ESG、双碳、可持续方面或气候变化的知识或背景优先;
3. 熟悉eQUEST、Energyplus 、Grasshopper、Dynamo、Python等相关软件者优先;
4. 熟练使用Microsoft office;
5. 熟练的英语说写能力;
6. 良好的语言表达能力及沟通技巧;
7. 良好的团队协作和服务意识,富有责任心。
Responsibilities:
1. Mainly involved in sustainable design for the planning of Eco Community and single building project; Conduct energy simulation, Daylight analysis, and CFD simulation, complete technical analysis report.
2. Complete Green building/WELL building certificate and related simulation and analysis.
3. Cooperate with MEP for sustainable design and optimization.
4. Research, collect and organize the application of green building technology at the forefront of the market.
Requirements:
1. Master’s degree in HVAC/ building physics with a sound knowledge of building physics fundamentals.
2. Knowledge and experience in ESG/Low carbon/Sustainability/Climate Change is preferred.
3. Knowledge of eQUEST, Energyplus, Grasshopper, Dynamo, Python is preferred.
4. Be familiar with Microsoft office.
5. Excellent written and verbal English skills.
6. Good presentation and communication skills.
7. Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment and sense of responsibility.
