Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1.Follow Scania SGP and related policies.
2.Get trained in the SPS Portfolio (Able to develop and train within the SPS methods).
3.Develop people by providing practical experience to build and develop their SPS skills.
4.Understand and educate the organization in working according to the SPS and it's method.
5.Prepare and train employees for operational readiness regarding culture behaviors and way of working.
6.Coach & support the organization with Scania Production System expertise to meet challenging targets.
7.Train and coach the organization in Kaizen methodology
8.Other tasks assigned by manage
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
1.Good command of MS office.
2.Workable English level.
3.Good communication skills and team spirit.
