Key Responsibilities:
Marketing:
-Mainly responsible for building and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers through prospecting and networking, including company introduction, showroom introduction, industrial park visits, and bank branch visits.
-Liaising with sales teams and other departments to implement internal and external communications for the company.
-Developing and creating marketing materials for websites and other marketing platforms.
-Supporting the translation of marketing materials and bidding documents.
-Assisting with analyzing marketing data, including campaign results, conversion rates, and online traffic, to improve future marketing strategies and campaigns.
-Promoting brand awareness through marketing efforts.
Business Administration:
-Preparing annual, quarterly, and monthly reports, business briefings, and executive meeting reporting materials.
-Leading the preparation of the company's annual summary and meeting planning initiatives.
-Undertaking competitor research and analyses.
-Performing other duties when needed.
Required Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree and above in communications, marketing, language, or a related field.
-1 or more years of marketing experience.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access), Adobe Creative Suite, and project software are preferred.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
-Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
-Highly organized and target oriented.
-Experience using analytics software.
