使命和岗位职责（Mission & Job description）：
As T&I engineer specifically for screw element application, it will be your mission to explore and qualify the screw element for portable compressor applications. Basically, you need support to verify the performance and reliability of new screw element before product introduction. Furthermore, you need find ideas to optimize the screw element performance based upon portable compressor customer applications. For sure, you need design and build up prototype to verify/optimize these ideas. The final target is to make screw element to its full potential specifically for portable compressor applications, and maximum the customer values.作为技术创新工程师(喷油螺杆应用)，你的使命是研究和验证喷油螺杆在移动式空压机方面的应用。基础的，协助主机部对喷油螺杆在移动式空压机方面的应用验证和导入。进一步的，基于喷油螺杆的性能和客户的现场工况，提出可行的匹配方案或改进意见。当然，你需要机搭建来验证这些方案，通过不断的优化，使喷油螺杆和客户现场实现最优匹配，实现客户价值。
-Communicate with AIRTEC division and understand the functional behaviors of screw element. 通过与主机部的沟通，理解喷油螺杆的性能表现。
-Design and build functional prototype, to verify the performance and reliability of new screw element before product introduction.设计和搭建测试样机，对新品喷油螺杆的导入进行性能和耐久性的测试验证。
-Corporate with product team, support introducing new screw element into products.协助产品工程师，将新品喷油螺杆导入到产品中。
-By customer visit, big data etc. exploring the screw element application of portable air at customer side.通过客户现场的拜访，大数据发掘等方法，探索喷油螺杆在移动式客户端的应用。
-Cooperate & communicate WUXITEC/APE division, explore the possibilities of optimizing the screw element application in portable compressors.与主机部/APE集团总部，共同探讨优化匹配喷油螺杆和移动式空压机的可能性。
-Join the element upgrade, design related components, guide LAB to build up functional prototype. 参与机头的优化，并设计相关的零部件，指导实验室装配样机整机。
-Analysis the test result, re-design/re-test if necessary, until optimal result is achieved.分析测试结果，如有必要，需要不断优化，直到得到满意的结果。
-Corporate with product team, help introduce improved screw element into products.协助产品工程师，将优化后的喷油螺杆方案导入到产品。
-Corporate with product team, to support investigate element relate TCM topic.协助产品工程师，支持分析调研与螺杆机头碰到的TCM 质量议题。
-You will report to Design Reviewer of Engineering APE.您将向工程 APE 设计审核汇报。
岗位任职能力与资格要求(Competence and qualification) ：
-Portable compressor engineering background. Knows screw element woking principles and key performance factors.移动式空压机工程师背景，了解喷油螺杆的工作原理和关键参数指标。
-Good skills in 3D design, such as Creo, UG，Inventor etc. Able to design and evaluate screw element related complex accessories, such as gears, gear box, coupling etc.熟练3D机械设计软件，如Creo、UG、Inventor等，能够独立设计和评估喷油螺杆相关联的附件，例如齿轮，齿轮箱，联轴器等
-Hardworking, willing to join the tests and explore.能够吃苦耐劳，能亲自参与测试并为之探索。
-Good self-learning ability, able to learn and grow fast in unknown area.良好的自学能力，能够在未知领域快速的学习。
-Pursuit for excellent, never compromise.追求卓越，从不妥协。Good communication ability, excellent problems solving abilities.良好的沟通能力，优秀的问题分析和解决能力。
-Bachelor’s degree or above, Engineering background. Good English in written. Good self-learning ability.工科背景，本科及以上学历。擅长英语写作和报告。良好的自学能力。
