职位描述Job Description
As a brand-new factory that aims to achieve autonomous, the Qingdao project uses a lot of automated equipment in the design of warehouses and physical logistics, including ASRS, AGV, automatic pallet cleaning, automatic pallet exchange, automatic film wrapping, automatic pallet stacking and bundling, as well as large-area conveyors. The operation of these equipment are all controlled by the warehouse system.
青岛项目作为一家意在实现autonomous的全新工厂，在仓库和实物流的设计中应用了很多自动化设备，包括AS/RS，AGV运送，自动托盘清洗、自动托盘交换、自动缠膜、自动叠托打带等，以及大面积的输送带，这些设备的作业是由仓库的系统来控制的（WCS warehouse control system，RCS robot control system）。
Besides being used in warehouses, the equipment also has a lot of interactions with other departments, such as production lines and QC laboratories. The achievements and implementation of these interactions are partly from the upper system (EWM), and partly from the equipment PLC level, which are all the responsibilities of the WCS.
这些设备除了在仓库应用外，还跟其它部门有很多的交互，譬如与生产线和QC实验室。这些交互的发生和实现，一方面来自于WCS的上位系统（EWM），一部分是设备PLC层面的交互，这些都是WCS系统的范畴。
In the project phase, involved in the project design and responsible for the clarification of the requirements of the WCS, system testing and launch. Ensure good interaction between the WCS system and the upper system, other systems and equipment to fulfill business needs. At the same time, maintain the concept of lean and digitalization to help the Qingdao project achieve the vision of autonomy.

In BAU phase, as WCS expert, responsible for system operation and maintenance, master data, system training and auditing, system changes and related file update support, etc.
在正式商业运营期间，作为WCS系统专家，负责系统运维、主数据维护、系统培训和审计、系统变更和相关文件更新支持等。
At the same time, provide relevant training and skills improvement for factory-related personnel. Perform effective problem solving and PPS (practical problem solving) with IT, business departments, etc. for the interface between WCS and other systems.

For the hardware equipment controlled by WCS, simple exception handling can be performed, and problems can be solved together with other business departments and suppliers.
