Responsibilities （职责）
1. Practice prudent engineering and effectively apply formal engineering training to add to the overall effectiveness of the Engineering Group and enhancement of Altec’s position within the product line.
利用熟练的技术知识以增加工程团队的效率，并增强公司产品的竞争性。
2. Participate and contribute productively as part of Altec’s team-oriented design, manufacture and customer service/support efforts.
以团队精神为导向，参于产品设计，产品制造和客户服务/支持的工作。
3. Operates with some decision-making latitude within the scope of an assignment.
能独立自主地完成所分配的工作。
a. Knows and applies fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures in the engineering field.
能理解并应用工程领域的基础概念、设计实践和设计流程
b. Communicate with customers on issues of technical specifications, product design and operation as appropriate.
与合适地与客户沟通产品技术参数，设计和操作
c. Provide technical support to sales associates.
给销售团队提供技术支持
d. Gain the skills necessary to become a Senior Engineer.
为成为资深工程积极获取技术技能
e. Produce/evaluate new designs and components to improve quality, cost and performance based on specialized knowledge of engineering principles with support of other functional engineers, manufacturing, supply management and other personnel.
在生产工程师、供应商发展工程师等其他专业岗位的工程师的支持下，合理地进行产品设计和开发， 提高质量、降低成本并提升性能。
f. Research and evaluate new materials, equipment, and processes.
研究及评估新材料、新设备和新工艺。
g. Develop component drawings and prototypes.
绘制零部件图纸和样机
h. Identify sources of products, materials and components.
识别产品、材料和零部件的来源
i. Ensure designs meet customer requirements.
确保产品设计符合客户的要求
j. Provide Customer support.
提供客户技术支持
k. Complete other tasks assigned by management.
完成其它领导所指派的任务
Qualifications（职位要求）
a. Candidates will have a minimal Bachelor's degree and 3~7years design engineering experience.
3-7年的产品设计工作经验，本科及以上学历
b. Demonstrated thorough understanding and ability in basic engineering practices and principles.
对于机械设计知识和原理，有良好的理解和应用能力
c. Must be personable and effectively interact with other associates, departments, operations, distributors, vendors, customers, etc.
有能力和其它员工、部门、事业部、经销商和客户等进行有效地沟通
d. Good analytical, verbal, and written skills.
良好的分析能力；良好的英语及汉语技能
e. Basic understanding of business principles and practice.
对于商业原理和实践有基础的理解
f. Demonstrated capacity as a self-starter with ability to work under only a moderate level of supervision.

g. Must be confident, dynamic, and successful in working as part of a team.
自信、有活力且团队合作能力强
h. Proficiency in the use of personal computers and associated software.
熟练使用相应的办公及设计软件
i. Bachelor degree in engineering (Mechanical preferred).
本科及以上学历，机械设计方向
j. Computer literate.
具有计算机使用能力
k. Engineering drafting experience using computer aided software such as AutoCad and SolidWorks.
能使用常规制图软件进行工程制图
l. Ability to handle multiple tasks with varying deadlines.
有能力同时承担多项任务
m. Good analytical and problem solving skills with knowledge in interpretation of engineering drawings/specifications and manufacturing processes.
良好的逻辑分析和解决问题的能力；对于设计和生产流程有良好的理解能力
n. Some travel throughout China expected.
