1. 员工持续改善系统（提案/合理化建议）管理：组织、收益核算、活动策划
Employee CIP system management organization, saving calculation, activity
2. PFEP & KANBAN 的创建与维护
PFEP & KANBAN creation and maintenance
3. 车间实体物流器具的规划
Physical logistics planning
4. 价值流规划，改善点识别
Value stream planning, Improvement point identification
5. 精益工具的方法指导及培训
Method coaching for Lean tools
6. 协助搭建精益生产系统，提高精益成熟度
Assist to build lean production system and improve lean maturity
7. 生产过程中浪费消除和改善，以及资源整合
Waste elimination and resource integration
8. 领导安排的其他工作

岗位要求 Requirements:
1. 教育背景：工业工程等相关专业本科或以上学历
Education background: BE degree of IE related
2. 工作经验：1-2年IE或精益工作经验，优秀应届毕业生亦可。
Working experience: 1-2 years’ experience in IE or Lean, excellent graduate is also welcome
3. 基本技能：熟练运用Office办公自动化（Word、Excel、Power Point、Outlook、Visio等）
Basic skill: Skilled MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Vosio etc.)
4. 专业技能：熟悉精益生产相关理论方法，包括但不限于：JIT、JIDODA、5S、TPM、Flow、VSP、Quick changeover/SMED、Pull、Leveling、A3、6 sigma
Professional skill: Familiar with lean production theory and method, including but not limited to: JIT、JIDODA、5S、TPM、Flow、VSP、Quick changeover/SMED、Pull、Leveling、A3、6 sigma
5. 语言能力：清晰、具有逻辑性的中文表达能力，熟练的英文听、说、读、写能力
Language skill: Clear and logic in Chinese, skilled English in listening, speaking, reading and writing
6. 其它能力：工作有条理和责任心、良好的沟通技能和团队合作精神
Other skill: Organized working style, high sense of responsibility and self-motived, good communication skill and team work spirit
