Security L1/L2 Skills Required: (2+ years’ experience)
Technical skills:
Ready to work in a 16x7 environment
Unix/Linux OS experience
Windows OS experience
System Admin or related experience in a distributed client server environment
Experience working with support ticketing and tracking systems
Experience with enterprise scale monitoring applications
Familiar with ITIL processes and concepts
Scripting experience with Windows PowerShell / Python
Familiar with firewall platforms: Juniper Net Screen, SRX, Fortinet
Familiar with endpoint security products: Microsoft Defender, EDR, USB control, Application control, Forensic
Familiar with Data security products: CTM, HSM, DLP, PKI, Vault
Familiar with Identify security products: CyberArk, SailPoint
Strong troubleshooting and investigative skills for dealing with and resolving incidents
Soft skills:
Strong communication skills, preferably customer service experience
Fluent in Chinese both written and verbal. Able to read English documents and write in English
Able to anticipate, identify and troubleshoot problems
Experience interacting with end users and communicating in a way that they understand
Able to work well in a team
Able to operate with minimal supervision
Able to manage time effectively, set priorities appropriately, schedule calls
Able to maintain professional demeanour under stressful situations.
Able to provide updates to management, including current status and next steps in the form of email communications, etc.
