岗位职责:
1、参与会议和商务谈判,担任翻译或提供沟通支持,确保中外双方沟通顺畅;
2、负责会议的接待与相关工作,提前做好会议准备;
3、协助总裁处理日常事务,确保高效运作。
任职要求:
1、在校本科生或研究生,有海外留学经历者优先;
2、英语可作为工作语言,能够熟练运用中英文进行交流和翻译,表达清晰、准确;
3、具有良好的沟通表达与学习能力,适应能力强,有上进心;
4、至少实习6个月,可接受国外出差。
薪资范围:150-300元/天。
Job responsibilities:
1. Participate in meetings and business negotiations, act as interpreter or provide communication support to ensure smooth communication between Chinese and foreign parties;
2. Responsible for the reception and related work of the meeting, and make preparations for the meeting in advance;
3. Assist the CEO to deal with daily affairs and ensure efficient operation.
Job Requirements:
1.Undergraduate or graduate students, overseas study experience is preferred;
2. English can be used as the working language, able to skillfully use Chinese and English communication and translation, clear and accurate expression;
3. with good communication and learning ability, strong adaptability, self-motivated;
4. at least 6 months internship, can accept foreign business trips.
Salary range: 150-300 CNY/day.
